A BVI hotel and restaurant required an upgrade to their email systems. Fresh Mango reviewed and recommended a migration to Office 365.
The work process included:
- Confirmed with client all email accounts to create and old account to migrate
- New email accounts were setup as requested, then emails from old accounts were migrated over.
- Their corporate Gmail account was setup to forward to their main ‘info@’ account.
- Went onsite to uninstall outdated software, then installed office 2016 on all required machines and setup the email accounts.
Once the setup was complete a full test of each account was performed. We also setup email accounts on Manager & Director mobile phone and tablets. Tests were done on those to ensure they were working as well.
There was no disruption to the client’s operations during the email migration process.
