1. Weekly Server Updates

We conduct weekly patches of your server(s) to ensure any critical security patches from Microsoft and other software providers are in place. This helps to protect your server from the latest known security vulnerabilities.

2. Anti Spam Software

One of the simplest methods for hackers to access your systems is through “Phishing emails”. These emails look legitimate and come with malicious attachments or links. Anti-spam software limits the number of these that will land in your staff email inboxes.

3. Anti Virus Software

A professional AV solution ensures that if viruses do get through to your system, they are quarantined and neutralized immediately.

4. Daily Cloud Backup

Backing up your IT systems to the cloud is fundamental for so many reasons. From a security perspective, if you are backing up every night, in the event that malicious software (e.g. Ransomware) infects one or more of your computers, it’s simply a matter of wiping the device and restoring from the backup. Our Cloud Backup solution (Neovault) automatically backs up your systems to the Cloud on a daily basis.

5. Daily Local Backup

Maintaining a local backup of your systems in tandem with a Cloud backup system is highly recommended. Should you lose internet connectivity, a local backup ensures you will always have a backup solution available. We provide a local backup device and configure it to automatically backup your data on a daily basis.

6. Phishing Email

“I thought you’re trying to protect us from Phishing Emails?!!!”. Yes we are! However, this relates to cyber hygiene. We will send a phishing email to all your staff. It will be designed to get through to email inboxes despite all of the above precautions. Rest assured it will be harmless, and we will monitor and report back on how many staff (and who!) clicked any of the links or downloaded attachments. This in-turn helps businesses understand if they have any cyber-hygiene training requirements.

7. 24/7 Continuous Protective Monitoring (CPM)

The final piece of the Cyber One jigsaw. We establish continuous monitoring of traffic coming onto your server. We will see all threats, but any considered “High level” will be alerted to both you and CCS 2000 so we can take immediate action to protect your systems.
