Meet Our Caribbean IT Support Team

A company is nothing without the employees that make it and at Fresh Mango, we have a friendly, experienced Caribbean IT Support team that always put the customer first, and will always take the time to explain things in a no-nonsense manner. Our team will provide you with excellent Caribbean IT Support. We’re also all self confessed geeks and gadget lovers (don’t get us started).

Timothy Emmanuel

IT Team Leader

Tim is a highly capable technician and manages his time between the workshop and on the road supporting our diverse client base.

In terms of support, Tim is quick to identify problems and we often receive praise of his ability to explain complex issues to customers in non-tech terms. Tim is also an officially Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT). In his spare time he’s an avid online gamer.

Bruno Cugliandro

Group Technical Manager

Bruno is the Group Technical Manager for Fresh Mango in the BVI and United Kingdom. His technical expertise has earned the respect of clients and team members alike.

Michael Frett

Network Engineer

Michael joined the Fresh Mango team in 2015 and has proved himself to be highly capable computer and network engineer.
Michael’s calm demeanour and professional manner enable him to solve problems even in high pressure situations.

Lelan Abraham

Field IT Technician

Lelan is a dedicated, dependable, hardworking, and focused individual who ensures that whatever task he is assigned is carried out effectively and completed to the highest standard to ensure that both company and client expectations are met and exceeded.

Jimmy Grant

IT Technician

Jimmy Grant has been living in the BVI for over 15 years and is passionate about technology and gaming. Together with music, these are his main hobbies. Jimmy is delighted to be a part of the Fresh Mango family and enjoys working with our customers in his position as IT Technician.

Karieffe Codner

IT Technician

Karieffe holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT from the University of Technology in Jamaica. He is an experienced and reliable IT technician with specialities in System Administration, Network security and clour operations.

Darien Lezama

Office Manager

Darien manages the Fresh Mango office and also liaises with clients for all their requirements. He has a strong IT background so provides excellent advice to clients.

Jane Metcalf

Director

Jane keeps our BVI office on track, handling the marketing, office support and generally ensuring that the guys don’t go ‘full-geek’ and get their hands trapped in the toaster or their clothes on inside out.
Jane keeps things calm and is the glue that holds it all together!

Trixie the Dog

Chief Morale Officer

Trixie rules the roost in her home and our offices. Her stressful life consists of sleeping, eating, chasing waves on the beach, fetching stick and playing with her favourite toy ‘lamb chop’. Did we mention sleeping?

Guy Phoenix

Owner & MD

Guy is an all rounder who specialises in website SEO, marketing, cyber security and general flag-waving for the company.
He loves music, sailing, karaoke, the sun and ‘playing’ his guitar.

Say ‘hello’ to JIM, the ‘itsupport247’ Fresh Mango team member! JIM (for Job Information Management) is our online Ticket system available to customers 24/7, 365 days a year. JIM allows you to raise an IT support request directly onto our system, ensuring it will be attended to promptly by one of our IT support technicians.
