Our managed co-location service provides clients with a BVI-based server location. The managed co-location service allows you to use the server as your own BVI-based ‘cloud’ server, or as a backup/mirror server for disaster recovery purposes.

Your server will be managed and maintained by our in-house expert technicians. Our facilities have been purpose-designed for IT support. Our dedicated server room benefits from:

Setup and Configuration

The server (and associated equipment that you provide) is owned by you. We configure, install and manage it within our own rack. The costs of setup are included within a one-off setup fee.

Monthly Hosting

Your server will have its own IP Address, allowing data to be transferred to/from it accordingly. It is landline-based and provided by Flow. Your server will be proactively managed by Fresh Mango. This management includes:

• Monthly server updates and patching
• Emergency patch updates (when issued by Microsoft for security matters)
• Backup testing
• Monthly health checks

Your server will be connected to a Fresh Mango-owned Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), in accordance with standard IT practice. The server is located within the Fresh Mango server room, which has 24/7 access-control systems and climate control.

Fresh Mango’s premises benefit from 24/7/365 standby power provision from a diesel generator. ip-based cameras are based in every room, with additional external cameras monitoring entrances/exits. All doors remain locked when the offices are closed. Access to the server room is strictly limited to appropriate Fresh Mango staff.

Monthly health checks will report any failures or faults and suggest solutions.  The cost for attending to these will be in addition to the monthly hosting fee (parts, installation, configuration, Fresh Mango time).
