IT Technician
Tim is a very capable technician and manages his time between the workshop and on the road supporting our diverse client base.
In terms of support, Tim is quick to identify problems and we often hear praise of his ability to explain complex issues to customers. Tim is also a Mac man; in 2016 he and Sinbad passed the official Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) certificate. He is also an avid online gamer, thus underlining his overall geekiness.
