BDO contacted us in 2011 as they were unhappy with their previous IT provider and felt that their systems were in need of an upgrade.
After a productive meeting and analysis of their needs and the current system in place, we put together a proposal to rollout Small Business Server 2012 in their business, migrating all data, mailboxes and user accounts from their SBS 2003 server system.
We install a portable rack with removal ‘umbilical’ to allow it to be disconnected from the building’s CAT5 wiring in the event of a hurricane or other potential disaster.
We also installed a much improved anti-virus solution, restricted internet access and better backup to both onsite fireproof/waterproof storage and offsite locations.windows thing
The entire migration was done during out of office hours to minimize disruption and the finished solution was delivered on time and within budget.
