We were contacted by Fort Recovery to try and provide a solution to the issues they were having with their wireless network setup – after a brief tour of the resort, we made a full recommendation to replace some of the critical cabling and some of the access points to provide increased redundancy, less bottle-necks and better wifi coverage.
While Fort Recovery didn’t go with our recommendation, they contacted us a few months later as they had purchased some alternative equipment and wanted our help installing it.
One of our technicians quickly got to grips with the equipment and reconfigured the wireless network to provide drastically improved coverage which in turn has led to better internet speeds and happier guests.
