What we have is a compact PC dedicated to the room. It is networked so any member of staff can login and join a video meeting. Additionally there is a conferencing microphone which picks up speech from everyone around the conference table, a wide angle camera and good speakers. We chose 2 monitors since it allows us to follow meeting agendas whilst simultaneously displaying participants and anything we wish to share and discuss.
