Owing to the distributed nature of our business (Caribbean, USA, Lithuania and the UK), Fresh Mango was an early adopted of this approach to communication and video conferences. This is how one of our meeting rooms is setup:What we have is a compact PC dedicated to the room. It is networked so any member of staff can login and join a video meeting. Additionally there is a conferencing microphone which picks up speech from everyone around the conference table, a wide angle camera and good speakers. We chose 2 monitors since it allows us to follow meeting agendas whilst simultaneously displaying participants and anything we wish to share and discuss.
